Starter: Pork ragout Raviolo with oven dried tomato, saffron béchamel, crisp pancetta and parmesan shavings

Main: Treacle, allspice and ginger glazed pork chump with a roast pumpkin puree and purple sprouting broccoli 

Dessert: Chorizo scented chocolate tart with blood orange and fiery ginger syrup
